14-day returns, money-back guarantee

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us, in line with the statutory withdrawal period set out in the French Consumer Code.

Conditions

The item must be returned in the condition in which you received it. For pre-owned items, the condition described on the product page and visible in the photos applies.

How do I return an item?

Contact us via the Contact page or by email at contact@crest-badge.com, stating your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item received is defective, not as described or different from the one ordered: in that case, we cover the return costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked the item, we refund you within 14 days at most, using the same payment method as for the order.

Defective or damaged item, or wrong item sent

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the one you ordered, write to us with photos: we will exchange or refund it. You are also covered by the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.
