Frequently asked questions

Everything about our Stone Island badges, patches and emblems and our C.P. Company lenses (lens, bubble): authenticity, condition, fitting, delivery and returns.

Are these Stone Island badges, patches and emblems authentic?

Yes. We only sell authentic items, pre-owned or new. Every Stone Island badge, every C.P. Company lens and every item is checked before it goes online, and the photos show the exact item you will receive. Our physical shop and our customer reviews speak for themselves.

Are you an official Stone Island or C.P. Company retailer?

No. We are an independent shop selling pre-owned and new clothing and accessories. We are not affiliated with or authorised by Stone Island or C.P. Company: these brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the original items we resell.

What is the difference between a badge, a patch and an emblem?

In everyday language, these words refer to similar items. The Stone Island badge is the embroidered emblem (the compass) attached to the sleeve through two eyelet slots, which can be removed without sewing. “Patch” and “emblem” also refer to embroidered pieces that are sewn or glued on. On every product page, we state the type of item and how it attaches.

What is a C.P. Company lens, lens button or “goggle” lens?

The lens, often called a “lens” or “bubble”, is the round glass or plastic piece found on some C.P. Company garments, especially the goggle hooded jackets. We offer pre-owned or new lenses and lens buttons to replace yours if it is scratched, cracked or lost.

How do I know which badge or lens to order?

Check how your item attaches: two eyelet slots, a snap button or a hook-and-loop strip. Send us a photo via the Contact page and we will tell you the exact reference within 24 business hours.

Which garments can I fit a Stone Island badge to?

Any garment with the original fastening, usually two eyelet slots on the sleeve: jacket, sweatshirt, jumper, polo shirt or T-shirt. Check the fastening before ordering and, if in doubt, send us a photo.

Do I need to sew or pierce the fabric?

No. The removable badge slides into the slots and comes off without sewing or piercing the fabric. You will find every step in the installation guide; allow about four minutes.

Is a pre-owned badge or patch in good condition?

The condition is stated on every product page (new, very good, good) and the photos are never edited. Any signs of wear are visible before you buy.

Do you sell new Stone Island badges?

Yes, depending on what comes in: we offer new and pre-owned badges. Each product page clearly states the item’s condition. Items are unique or in limited stock, and restocks are not guaranteed.

Do you sell C.P. Company lenses and lens buttons?

Yes, subject to availability. Go to the shop and filter by “Lens button”, or type “lens” in the search bar.

How can I tell a genuine Stone Island badge from a fake?

Compare how fine the embroidery is, how sharp the lettering and compass are, and the quality of the felt — and be wary of unusually low prices. If in doubt, ask us for detailed photos: we will show you the item from every angle.

How can I track my order?

Which payment methods do you accept?

Do the photos show the item you will receive?

Do you have a physical shop and customer reviews?

How should I care for a badge, patch or lens?
