All orders are prepared and shipped from France within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The countdown on each product page shows the cut-off time for same-day dispatch.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 48 hours in mainland France, as a tracked parcel, delivered against signature or to your letterbox depending on the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of €30 or more in mainland France. Under €30:

• Home delivery: €4.99.
• Pickup point or locker delivery: €1.99. An easy way to save on shipping.

The applicable costs are shown before you confirm your order.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the parcel tracking number. For any question, contact us via the Contact page.

Damaged or missing parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, is unusually late or never arrives, contact us with your order number: we will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution (reshipment or refund).
