Terms and Conditions

1. Seller

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Crest online store (“Crest Store”), operated by Yassine Boumedjeria, sole trader, SIRET 985 366 665 00018, 89 rue Rachel Lempereur, 59000 Lille, France. Contact: contact@crest-badge.com, +33 6 95 36 03 77.

2. Products

We sell badges, patches and emblems, lenses and lens buttons, eyelets and replacement kits for technical garments, new or pre-owned. The condition of each item (new, very good, good) is stated on its product page, and the unedited photos show the exact item you will receive. Some items are unique or in limited stock: restocks are not guaranteed.

Crest is an independent shop. We are neither affiliated with nor authorised by Stone Island or C.P. Company. These brand names belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the original items we resell or with which our products are compatible.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Prices may change at any time, but the price applied to your order is the one displayed when you confirm it.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you click the payment button after checking its contents and accepting these terms. You then receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, in the event of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal or Apple Pay. It is secure and processed by our payment provider: we never have access to your full card details. Full payment is due when you order.

6. Delivery

Orders leave France within 24 business hours and are delivered within 48 hours in mainland France, as a tracked parcel. Full details are in our shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give a reason. Details are in our returns and refunds policy.

8. Statutory warranties

Our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The condition of a pre-owned item, as described on its product page and visible in the photos, does not constitute a defect.

9. Intellectual property

The photos, texts and other content on this website are the property of Crest. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

11. Disputes and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first so we can find an amicable solution. Under Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge; their details are available on request. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
