Replacing a Lost or Damaged Stone Island Badge: What to Know

A Stone Island badge is easy to lose: it gets caught, comes off in the wash or falls off on a night out. The good news: on most garments the badge is removable and can be replaced without sewing.

Why a badge goes missing or gets damaged

  • It comes loose and gets lost (loose or forced fastening).
  • The felt frays or fades after repeated washing.
  • The embroidery wears or gets torn.
  • The slots or fastening buttons are damaged.

Three ways to replace it

  1. An authentic badge: an original part, for example our authentic Stone Island badge, with real photos of the item you will receive.
  2. A compatible badge: an embroidered badge designed to attach to Stone Island garments, often in discreet colours (tonal, black, beige, khaki). It is not an original product and is sold as such. See the shop.
  3. Go through the brand or an official retailer for special cases.

Choosing the right colour

Choose a badge whose colour suits your garment: a tonal badge for a discreet look, a sharper contrast for a dark garment. Always compare with the photos.
